Alpha Packaging has expanded its line of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) Boston Round bottles to include three new sizes of "squat"-style bottles. The bottles are ideal for personal care liquids and lotions, such as shampoos and conditioners, skin lotions and body splashes.

Compared to Alpha's existing line of Boston Rounds, the new squat style is wider, giving it a pleasantly rounded appearance. The new style also features a wider, flatter base than Alpha's traditional Boston Rounds; this design gives the bottle more stability on a table surface when a pump, sprayer or similar dispenser tops the bottle.

The 8-ounce, 12-ounce and 16-ounce bottles will each be available in three continuous thread neck finishes (24-400, 24-410 and 24-415).

With the addition of the three new styles, Alpha now offers customers 16 styles of Boston Rounds ranging in size from 1 ounce to 16 ounces. Alpha will be featuring the Squat Boston Rounds at the HBA Expo, SupplySide West and Natural Products Expo East.

With Alpha Packaging's limitless color matching for PET, customers can match the color of their Boston Rounds to existing packaging lines. Custom colors are available for relatively small minimum orders. Custom-colored bottles are typically delivered within four to six weeks of the order date.
