Alpha Packaging has introduced a new style of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packer to help customers earn shelf space in warehouse stores. The new 625cc slope-shoulder PET packer is ideal for large quantities of nutritional supplements, vitamins, pain relievers and other forms of tablets and capsules for warehouse stores.

Alpha used existing preforms from its traditional PET packers to build the new bottle style in response to customers who wanted a larger packer that looks distinguished on store shelves. The 625cc bottle has a 53-400 continuous thread neck finish, and also comes in a J-cap neck finish. The slope-shoulder style has virtually the identical capacity to Alpha's traditional 625cc PET packer style, but the tailored shoulder adds a masculine quality, similar to a cylinder style.

Alpha is currently taking orders for the new slope-shoulder PET packer. The bottles will be stocked in clear and white, but standard and custom colors are available with very short lead times.
