Alpha Packaging, a leading
manufacturer of plastic bottles and jars for the nutritional
supplement, pharmaceutical, personal care, and niche
food and beverage industries, announced several personnel
changes in its Customer Service Department.
Danielle Egan, an Alpha employee since October
of 2002, has been promoted to Customer Service Lead. In this role
she will oversee a team of Customer Service Representatives who
work with packaging distributors and end-users to place orders and
check the status of shipments.
Joining Egan in the Lead role will be a new addition,
Cindy Krause. Prior to joining Alpha, Krause spent 10 years in customer
service departments at two leading personal care products manufacturers,
so she is very familiar with the industries Alpha serves.
In addition, Sarah Schroeder will be joining the
Customer Service Team as a Customer
Service Representative. Schroeder attends the University of Missouri
– St. Louis, where she is fulfilling the requirements for
an Associates Degree in Information Systems.
Alpha Customer Service Manager Colleen Skurat
says the personnel changes will enable Alpha to continue to deliver
excellent customer service as it expands the number of markets it
serves.
"Alpha has won industry recognition as “Supplier of
the Year” from several of our customers this past
year, in great part because of the service we provide,”
Skurat says. “As we continue to grow, this new
structure will help us maintain the high level of service
people expect.”
Alpha Packaging maintains headquarters and manufacturing facilities
in St. Louis, Missouri and also has sales and manufacturing
plants in Brooklyn, New York and Salt Lake City, Utah.
