Prototyping & Production: Once your new mold has been completed we schedule either a production or a test run, depending on the type of mold. Once the samples are approved we produce a quality package first time, every time. One key: we match production needs to the right equipment, achieving the ideal in quality and economics.

Materials: We use only raw materials approved by the Food & Drug Administration. The quality of our resins also ensures successful package. We insist on using only resins that will consistently perform as promised, documented by proven Batch Quality Assurance Certification. As with any of our stock components, Alpha can provide certificates of compliance on raw materials and finished goods. We also maintain a Drug Master File for the convenience of our customers.
